Charlie - Project Lead
Charlie is the face of the company, with a natural flair for getting things done…she's our starter-finisher. Working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, Charlie has also developed the useful knack of decoding web techie-talk.
She is a great gaffer to all her boys – the three in the office and the two at home. Oh, and you know this pink that's burning your eyeballs? Yeah, her choice. Blame her.
Rob - Designer
Rob finds it very difficult to define his own style. He's a fan of Rockabilly, Americana and all things 50s but rarely does that translate into his own "look". Instead, he favours plain tees, cheap pumps and unadventurous "dad" jeans.
Thankfully, he expresses himself a lot better in pixels. He designs until you're 100% happy (as per the Splitpixel bible) but has a knack of smashing it out of the park on the first hit. You'll like him.
Jon - Developer
Jon finds a solution to every challenge he is given. It's a good job, really, because we give him some proper headaches. We try to beat him but he always wins.
Jon is a typical developer. Quiet. A bit shy. Oh, hang on. Not that at all. He's a full-on hyperactive, snowboarding, neon-colour-wearing dude who NEVER shuts up. Ever.
Greg - Technical Lead
Along with his advanced web development skills, Greg's acute vision and attention to detail means that our clients' projects are planned with precision, executed professionally and delivered on time.
He sees himself as a bit of a grump. We know him better and the smiles certainly outshine the frowns…especially with a bit of 80s dance on and a cocktail in hand!
