Accessibility

We’ve tried to make our website as easy as possible for all users, but if you run into any barriers, please email us at hello@splitpixel.co.uk, or call us on 01484 970860.

You should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts using your browser accessibility extensions
  • zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
  • navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
  • listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

We have also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.

AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

What we are doing to improve accessibility

  • Some older PDFs and Word documents do not meet accessibility standards and we are working to ensure that all do by the end of 2024.
  • Alongside regular improvements, we are committed to an annual audit of website accessibility.

The site has been developed to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Level AA.

The site was last tested in February 2024, and our team are provided with ongoing training as a group, and within their roles, on digital accessibility.
