Health & Social Care
The Health and Social Care sector is broad in its scope. Offering services to people of all backgrounds and abilities, a good website in this sector should be easily accessible to all. Content should be straightforward, professional, and clearly convey the ethos and values of the organisation.
In a sector so passionate about making people feel like their needs are understood and catered for – this should always extend to their website; taking users on a smooth user journey to find the information or services they’re looking for. Users should end up feeling confident about the quality of your organisation, knowing that they’re in good hands.

Our work in the health and social care sector
We’ve done a lot of work for clients in the health and social care sector over the years, both in web design and digital marketing. We find these projects so incredibly rewarding and are always keen to work with more.
We’ve been fortunate enough to have had the pleasure of working with disabled people’s organisations, such as Unique Ways and Magpies, dental clinics such as Infinity Dental, as well as manage the social media accounts of healthcare organisations such as Flex Pilates and Physiotherapy. HME Training provide a range of manual handling and health and safety services, primarily tailored towards people working in the care sector. Their website was a bit outdated, and didn’t provide enough information on the unique service they provided.
We designed a new website that put course information at the centre of the user journey, with full listings and course breakdowns. Each course page has a specific content form allowing users to enquire about the course. FAQs were written to answer visitors’ questions, and course participant testimonials were included to build trust.
