How does a Ticketsolve integration work?
To populate event data on WordPress, we import event information from Ticketsolve via an API feed. Then we collect and pass event data from the customer journey, generating an external link that enables the user to complete their booking. You’ll only have to input the event data once; our integration code handles the rest automatically.
Customers have to go to your venue’s Ticketsolve subdomain to complete their booking. We ensure this process is seamless by introducing this at the latest stage in the user journey, providing consistent stylesheets for an identical interface, and maintaining data integrity between the two systems.
