We're hiring a new Project Manager!

What we’re after

This is an exciting opportunity for a project manager to join a successful digital agency based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.

As part of our web projects team, the person recruited will be responsible for the day-to-day management and processes of a variety of web design and development projects across our busy studio.

The role will report to the Head of Web Projects, but will work closely with the whole team.

Good experience as a digital project manager and website knowledge, alongside being the right fit for the studio and team, are the most important things to us.

Key skills and responsibilities:

Managing timescales and tasks across multiple projects, teams and clients
Maintaining regular client communication and relationships
Liaising with clients about requirements, budgets and expectations, and supplying regular project update reports
Quality assurance and testing throughout projects
Actively looking for growth opportunities, and resolving any account issues

These are not essential, but it would be advantageous to have experience in:

Monday.com or similar project management software
Agile project management techniques
WordPress content management systems
Google Workspace

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of two years’ experience in digital project management
A good understanding of web design and development principles and best practices
Strong customer service skills – the role will be client-focused
Excellent organisation skills
An eye for identifying problems and improving project processes
The ability to use initiative, adapt and learn new things quickly
