We’re hiring a new Project Manager!

What we’re after

This is an exciting opportunity for a project manager to join a successful digital agency based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.

As part of our web projects team, the person recruited will be responsible for the day-to-day management and processes of a variety of web design and development projects across our busy studio.

The role will report to the Head of Web Projects, but will work closely with the whole team.

Good experience as a digital project manager and website knowledge, alongside being the right fit for the studio and team, are the most important things to us.

Key skills and responsibilities:

  • Managing timescales and tasks across multiple projects, teams and clients
  • Maintaining regular client communication and relationships
  • Liaising with clients about requirements, budgets and expectations, and supplying regular project update reports
  • Quality assurance and testing throughout projects
  • Actively looking for growth opportunities, and resolving any account issues

These are not essential, but it would be advantageous to have experience in:

  • Monday.com or similar project management software
  • Agile project management techniques
  • WordPress content management systems
  • Google Workspace

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in digital project management
  • A good understanding of web design and development principles and best practices
  • Strong customer service skills – the role will be client-focused
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • An eye for identifying problems and improving project processes
  • The ability to use initiative, adapt and learn new things quickly

We offer a competitive salary and 24 days’ holiday per year, your birthday off and statutory/public holidays – plus some fun days and nights out.

We operate hybrid working where you can choose to split your time between the office and home (with a minimum two days per week in our Huddersfield office) and hardware will be provided to facilitate this.

We’re a specialist web design, development and digital marketing agency located in Huddersfield. A team of 17 people, we’ve grown steadily over the years, and we’re proud of how long our team members have stayed with us – many since the very beginning.

We’re searching for the perfect fit – the team works closely together across disciplines to deliver a wide range of web and marketing projects.

How to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £25,000. Negotiable, depending on experience

Location: Minimum two days a week at our Huddersfield office, otherwise can be from home
