About The Courtyard
The Courtyard is an award-winning dental practice, based locally in Huddersfield. Their modern practice specialises in cosmetic dentistry such as veneers and implants, as well as providing regular checkups, using up-to-date technology and techniques to achieve those whiter smiles.
The Courtyard initially approached us in late 2016 to manage their Google AdWords, and immediately saw huge improvements in their enquiry figures, which could only be attributed to AdWords. We run it strategically, targeting cities outside of Huddersfield. We focused the campaigns on the cosmetic dentistry treatments such as veneers as we knew they were the best-sellers, with a small campaign on the cosmetic procedures they also provide.
Because of this success, The Courtyard decided to speak to us about their other digital marketing requirements this year.
What we did
In addition to the AdWords management, which is continuing to prove its ROI, we now run The Courtyard's social media – Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
We create and send a quarterly email newsletter out to NHS dental referrers about the latest updates and to promote their study club, which focuses on a different dental treatment each time. We created an editorial calendar for them and write their blog, "Word of Mouth", focusing on carefully selected keywords and different stages of their buyer's journey.
Each month, we provide The Courtyard with a report on how their marketing is performing, along with making recommendations on any opportunities we've spotted.
Traffic to The Courtyard's website is up 100% on the same time last year, and visits from social media are up over 1600% - proving it does work!
The Courtyard are continuing to expand, recently acquiring their fourth premises in Huddersfield, and we've recently been asked to support them in some PR surrounding this. We're really happy with how their website traffic has been positively affected after just a few months of marketing effort, and look forward to driving more visitors and enquiries for them.
We continue to see robust evidence of Splitpixel’s influence on our enquiries and revenue. Last month was our biggest month in over 11 years in the industry. And last year saw double digit revenue growth compared with the year before.Marcos White
