Website Design & Build

The Brief

Along with a site redesign, Bradford-based solicitors, drydensfairfax, asked us to redevelop the site with a full content management system and build a web app to support its debt recovery services.

What We Did

When redesigning the website, the organisation's stringent brand guidelines meant that their specified typeface was used but their colour palette needed to be extended to accommodate both a corporate client and end-user interface.

A bespoke admin system was created for debt recovery. This income and expenditure calculator allowed individuals with provided access codes to create an account and enter a six-stage process in which they can input their income and outgoings. It calculates what finances they have left and they can then offer what they're willing to pay towards debt.

This system, which hooks up to their internal system, has a corporate side and a customer side. The form that was visible to users needed to be accessible and clear - not just responsive, but intuitive to use on a mobile.

This was the biggest form process we've done so far and involved lots of testing and security!

The Future

The full CMS means the client can continue to update their content. Our next step is to rebrand the linked payment gateway to match the main site.

Client Feedback

I would, and do, highly recommend Splitpixel for anyone who requires great value web design and development. They are a super friendly and helpful bunch that are always available. Thanks guys :)
